HEALTHY CHOICES: SALMON PATTIES RECIPE
Yield: 4 small to medium patties
- 1 can of salmon (Obviously fresh salmon or even left over salmon is preferable)
- 1 egg
- 3 slices of millet bread, crumbled
- ½ cup onion
- ½ cup red pepper
- ½ cup yellow pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- A dash of onion powder
- A dash of garlic powder
- Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and form into patties.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, each side.
