HEALTHY CHOICES: SALMON PATTIES RECIPE

Yield: 4 small to medium patties

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of salmon (Obviously fresh salmon or even left over salmon is preferable)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 slices of millet bread, crumbled
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup red pepper
  • ½ cup yellow pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • A dash of onion powder
  • A dash of garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and form into patties.
  • Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, each side.
