- If possible, try to arrive the day prior to your appointment and allow sufficient time for a successful visit. Travel arrangements do not always go as planned. An exhausted client often misses important information presented during the visit..
- Please use multiple means of communicating appointment changes. We set aside significant time for clients who reside out of the area. We are not always able to check e-mail messages in a timely manner. If possible, please communicate changes by phone. Leave a message if the phone is on service, and if that is not possible, then send us a fax (954) 565-5312. Email should be your last resort.

Directions
The office is between Andrews Avenue and Dixie Highway on Cypress Creek Road on the south side of the street next to the Hampton Inn.
- From I-95 take the Cypress Creek Road exit going EAST. Get in the RIGHT lane
- Continue east 2 blocks. You will go past some houses on the right, cross NE 7th Avenue, and almost immediately see the blue “Hampton Inn” sign on the right.
- Make a right into the Hampton Inn driveway (we share the parking lot). There is reserved parking for Advanced Wellness Center clients as soon as you pull in, on the left. We’re the only suite on the first floor. If you pass the gas station and get to Dixie Highway, you passed us.
